Vision
Sprout Together isn’t about just planting seeds of hope. We want to create a world that feels less isolated and more diverse. When you work with us, you’re signing up to build a workplace where people of all backgrounds can thrive. We educate people about tools that can build connections and support networks. Our support & care especially starts with a focus on mental illness & neurodiversity.
Intention
We break barriers and start conversations, even when they feel taboo. Our approach is not one-size-fits-all; it’s a systematic and peer-reviewed interactive education system. Building accommodating workplaces regardless of background or status is our #1 priority.
