Quinn Jenkins, Founder & CEO
After 13 years of struggle, I am here to open up about my experiences.
The Start
For years, I tried and failed to integrate into the job system. That changed during my internship with BIPOC Foundation.
They accommodated my needs, and in response, I dove in head first. Though I started out simply sending emails, I would go on to become key to multiple projects and events.
The Impact
The joy I experienced knowing my work had positive impact motivated me to start Human Element Education, using my own experiences, and pains, as expertise.
I don’t want others like me to struggle and suffer in attempts to integrate into the working world.
I don’t want those currently working to feel unable to disclose their condition, and feel like they have to suffer in silence.
Most importantly, I want people to talk to each other about how they’re doing, being honest when the answer is not okay.
